Interview
My interview was taken by Senior Manager and he seemed quite happy with my profile. Post that there was a Situational Interview followed by a final round with Management.
The experience was good but what followed after was not expected. They kept on delaying for months saying that your profile is good and they are looking for billable role. Then one day they again connected me to a Manager in Accenture who was looking for altogether a different profile. Though I still showed I can pick up that area but they never came back.
Slowly they have stopped responding. Atleast they should have a courtesy to say No rather than dragging for months by giving positive feedback always and then vanishing suddenly.

Process is simple but the interviewer intentions to prove me wrong than evaluating myself. He have serious issues with understanding the interview process than the subject. For twenty minutes discussion was on single question, which eventually lose the interest on interview

It was good, the interview was thorough and asked some good questions. It started timely and the feedback was also shared the following day which kind of is a thing most companies dont do.
