Overall the set interview process is well structured and involves different assessments for each skill group. There is a through analysis of your respective profile and proper expectation setting is done pertaining to the JD and the requirements expected from the employee
It was straight forward. First talent acquisition, then two VPs interview me separately due to availability. The talent acquisition asked simple questions. However, the VPs were very specific to solutions, what would I do, and what I have done regarding past experiences.
they were confused between actual cloud (private on how switches and all are to be understood) vs what a CSP is (eg aws,azure... etc). Overall it was nice but they were confused
Las tres primeras entrevistas muy positivas y seguidas entre sí. La última se demoró más de un mes en confirmarme la oferta. Me permitieron entrevistarme directamente con el equipo, fue muy positivo.
