I saw the job advertised online and then I submitted my CV through a friend who worked there.1st interview was with someone from HR and simply reviewed my CV. Lasted about an hour.
I was called back for a 2nd interview the following day with the Project leader that lasted about 30mins.

They asked very basic technology questions, any one can answer, but they won't recruit as they play with people by conducting interviews even they do not have any openings ... I am satisfied with interview process
