Process for getting an interview was very quick and straight forward. Person in charge of setting up virtual meeting and in person meeting was great to work with. Hope that everyone gets the same experience.

Given an encoded string, return its decoded string.
It was a two round process where 1st round involved technical question and 2nd round mostly managerial round where they test your ability to manage the project and how you handle the situtation

Interview
It was automated via a Talegent assessment, including learning agility, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, innovation/creativity, tech-saviness/curiosity, English language skills, and C++.
The test was easy, barring the C++ portion. The test suite was a bit broken at times though and required multiple reloads.
