I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Accenture (Manila, Manila) in Jul 2015
Interview
First you will be taking an exam. There are two parts: English proficiency and logic. Multiple choice. If you pass the exam, you will be scheduled for an interview with the HR. After the interview, you will be asked to wait for the results. Sometimes they give an offer right after the interview, but sometimes they also call back after a few days saying that you are invited for the final assessment.(Final assessment=job offer)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you understand about accenture?
Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
What is your expected salary?
Top 3 things that you consider in an employer
What is your thesis? What is your contribution?
What can you offer to our company?
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
