Interview
The hiring was done for J P Morgan client and the work was to be done from the client site. The 1st step was a simple HR screening, followed by a telephonic round discussing the past profile and finally ending with a basic English - Listening, Reading and Verbal Test. After about 4 days, received a call from the hiring manager from JP Morgan and questions describing the past profile in details were asked.

HR screening - Questions on salary expectations, ability to travel and see your availability to join. Also, whether you are within the geographic region where the transport facility is available as it was mandatory to take the facility.

Interview
It was an Online interview and was also my first interview as CMA. Where I got bit nervous and couldn't perform well. And also after interview, HR was busy it seems I didn't got any mail or message regarding my interview status for 30 days. Even HR was not picking the call. One day, HR picked up the call and said I was not selected.

It was an online process. The interview process went on for like 30 minutes in the technical round and 15 minutes in the HR round
