Interview
I was interviewed by a senior manager. It was quite an informal conversation: I was asked about my main experiences at my previous company and what I am seeking as a next challenge. Then the interviewer presented me the job opportunity, the main challenges and told me informally what I could expect in terms of salary, bonus and benefits. An official will be presented after an interview with a Director.

The HR round was the first one - Asked about Why I want to join a tech firm and where do I see myself in next 5 years. What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Noida) in Oct 2025
Interview
Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
