The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Hyderābād) in Dec 2023
Interview
Aptitude Test:
The aptitude test was a comprehensive assessment of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. The questions were of moderate difficulty, and managing time was crucial. I practiced using online resources and timed myself to improve speed and accuracy.
Technical Round:
The technical interview was conducted by a panel of two interviewers. They asked me to introduce myself and then proceeded to technical questions. They asked about:
My experience with Java and Python.
Specific questions about my projects, such as the shopping application and ATM machine.
Concepts related to web development, particularly focusing on JavaScript and React.
Database queries using SQL.
My knowledge of AWS cloud services and any practical applications.
I was also given a few coding problems to solve on the spot, which tested my problem-solving abilities and coding efficiency.
HR Round:
The HR round was more relaxed. The interviewer asked about my career aspirations, why I chose Accenture, and how I handled teamwork and conflicts in previous experiences. They were keen to understand my motivations and whether I would be a good cultural fit for the company.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
