Primo colloquio telefonico, con domande generiche sulla persona, seguito da un colloquio di gruppo, con interazione tra i partecipanti. dopo questa prima selezione effettuato colloquio tecnico di circa 30 minuti blando, sul campo di studi la precedente esperienza lavorativa e un caso pratico abbastanza veloce. Ultimo e quarto step colloquio motivazionale con elemento gerarchico superiore similare al terzo colloquio ma con case study per vedere i processi di ragionamento.

le processurs commence par un Entretien RH classique. puis entretien avec le manager de l'équipe. Puis un cas avec un expert de l'entreprise, il faut bien réfléchir ! Bonne expérience dans l'ensemble.

Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
