I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Accenture in Aug 2023
Interview
The interview was largely based on my resume. The interview began with the classic "Tell me about yourself" question, where I had the opportunity to introduce myself, highlighting my background, skills, and aspirations. Following this, the discussion shifted focus to my projects. I elaborated on the projects I had built, sharing details about the technologies used, my role, the challenges faced, and how I overcame them. The interviewer was particularly interested in understanding the depth of my involvement and technical knowledge related to these projects. Additionally, the interviewer explored the courses I had completed, inquiring about the knowledge and skills I had gained through them. Then he asked questions to gauge my practical understanding and how I applied those learnings in real-world scenarios, particularly in my projects. The entire process was well-structured and engaging, with a clear emphasis on evaluating how effectively my academic and personal projects aligned with the job role.
The interview was straightforward and lasted around 30 minutes. The interviewer began with a brief introduction and then asked me to introduce myself. Most of the questions were HR-related, focusing on my background, career goals, strengths, willingness to relocate, and interest in joining the company. The interviewer was friendly and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable.
