I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Dehradun) in Sep 2024
Interview
Interview was decent.
The interview started with introductions, and the first question was:
Q1. Introduce yourself.
I asked him to repeat it due to a bad mic but answered smoothly.
Next:
Q2. If I ask you to learn a new technology in a month, what will be your learning approach?
I explained for about 5 minutes. Then he said, "I am satisfied with your answers and don’t have any other questions."
Q3. If you have any questions for me, ask.
I was surprised and wondered if I had been rejected but stayed calm and asked:
1.Is the recruitment process the same for On-Campus and Off-Campus Hiring?
- He replied: "I guess so."
2. Is the project assigned based on scores in primers?
- He said: "These will be discussed after training."
The interview ended in 15 minutes, as expected. Morning slots had similar experiences, but afternoon and evening candidates faced 5-6 questions. One batchmate waited over 2 hours in the lobby.
The process felt smooth and easy overall. I hope I get selected...
Update (12th Nov):
I got rejected.

Question 1
Asked me about my past experiences and work titles
On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.
