I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Chennai) in Oct 2024
Interview
I did my total interview process very well but I didn't get an opportunity to work in Accenture. Accenture only recruits female because in my college out of total 600 students they recruit all the girls and only 8 boys.

On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.
The interview experience was very smooth and positive. The interviewer was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. The coding questions were interesting and enjoyable to solve, and the overall process was well-structured. It was a great interview experience, and I really appreciate the opportunity.
