There were three process-written assessments,communication and interview.Written assessment included questions on pseudo code,MS Office and Security related questions.Then communication round for checking fluency English. These two were elimination round. After clearing them came interview round of around 20 to 30 minutes. These included questions like introduction, favorite subjects, some HR related questions,etc.Got selected.

The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
