Recently,I appeared for the tech lead position. I was asked to visit the office for F2F discussion. All of the questions are covered to check the candidates ability to write and maintain the project as individual contributor. I am having very positive experience regarding this interview. Later ,I received the call from HR about client interview which was through web conference. This is again not a deep dive kind of technology but not missed to check the ability to do code and manage the application single handed. Overall,all went well.
