I gave first round interview and told in interview you are selected for second round but still not processed further. and they don't pick up your calls and no call and don't answer mails either
The hiring manager was very nice but they are bad at communicating. They did not respond to follow up email after second interview or notify the candidate at all. I would at least notify the candidates who interviewed that they did not get the job.
