Accion Labs interview questions

First round technical and then second round techno manager round and interaction round with guy on onshore did ask about what you did, process you follow in the previous project and they ask to attend fourth round with client. I was not keeping well but HR didn't trust the people they were interviewing, I did respond to them by email and message and ask for reschedule but not on the phone as I was not keeping well so they tried to trick me like we are calling from another organization and looking for a job change. It represents the worst culture and I was serious and hopeful that they will understand and reschedule but they show their culture values. Please don't interview people if you cannot understand their situation and respect their decisions.
