Had a phone interview with two people from Engineering dept. Afterwards, received a form to complete for a background check. A week later, HR contacted me extending an offer to move along in the hiring process. Hours later, received an email stating it was a mistake and that I wasn't selected to move forward. Highly disorganized and unprofessional.
