The manager joked with me a lot and after going through the store and taking a silly math test I was hired. If you're interviewed you're more than likely hired on the spot, his jokes are ones that will grow on you, no matter what laugh, and after going out and looking at the propane tanks (most way through the interview) start to joke back the way he does.
