Interview
Very short. Only about a 20 minute face to face interview. Offered the job on the spot and immediately started taking tests. After the tests were completed they showed me around the store and gave me a little more background on the job description.

I researched the company, arrived early, answered technical and personal questions confidently, asked about daily work, thanked the interviewer, sent a follow-up email, and later received an offer for the position.
