Rigorous, very structured group interviews with creative components and team discussion. Each division head came forward to give an overview of the group. There were about 12 candidates, each will be assigned to a group. We started out by introducing ourselves with a presentation/bio prepared beforehand. Toward the end there was a group exercise, and we were divided into 2 groups. Overall the interview process was great, HR was really nice and helpful.
