I interviewed with both owners of the company. I had previously met Joanne Fitzgerald, Director of Human Capital at my previous place of employment. She asked if I could send her my resume. I sent her my resume that night and she called me the following business day to come in for an interview. I immediately liked Joanne. She has a sense of warmth and kindness to her. I was offered a position with the company the following morning.
