I applied through their website after being contacted by a recruiter. After submitting the application materials, I was invited to do a technical exercise in Excel. After being told that I was a strong candidate, I never heard from them again even after emailing the recruiter numerous times. Very disappointed in how they ghost interviewees, even those who have gotten along far in the process.
