Interview
The process started with an online video interview. Applicants read questions, have time to collect their thoughts, and record short answers. This was followed by two phone interviews, and later I was asked to submit a video of a myself teaching a lesson as I was interviewing from another state. The final step involved a phone interview with a middle school principal. I was asked about my lesson and given feedback.
