Interview
I emailed the HR Recruiter and received a prompt response for a phone interview. I was asked very specific questions about Achievement First; why I want to work there, what I value about the mission, how I have implemented some of their values in my previous experience, etc. I completed an online application with many open ended questions. I was invited in for an in person interview which included a mini demo lesson. I was provided lots of material to prepare for the lesson and familiarize myself with some of the Achievement First teaching methods. The day of the interview I was given a tour of the school, met the principal, and was given some feedback on my lesson before going into the classroom. I taught to about 12 kids and then returned to the Principal's office for follow up questions specific to my experience.

I spoke with a recruiter after I applied and did a phone interview with them before setting up an interview for in person with the principal. The entire process was pretty straight forward and explained prior to the in person interview.
