You first submit your application and then you do a technical exam (two excel spreadsheet that basically ask you to analyze and present data) and then you do an interview.
The hiring manager was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. There were three rounds -- one round of a data assignment, a phone screening, and then interview with the direct manager at the school.
