I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Achievement First (New York, NY)
Interview
Phone screen, demo, in-person. Questions were generally about behavior (which come to find out is the main priority of the school, not academics). Interviewers sounded more like robots than human beings (let alone educators who deal with elementary students) AF really loves people from TFA, especially so they can mold you, so keep that in mind. If you are a long-standing DOE person, it will not work. You will have your own way of doing things and will be expected to change.
