I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Acosta in Mar 2012
Interview
A recruited called to screen me. They then e-mailed me an assessment to complete. There was a simple phone interview, I accepted the offer, took a drug test, had an orientation with my supervisor. I was told I would be trained but that never happened. A MONTH later I finally had my first project. Had to learn on my own.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Acosta (Portland, OR) in Jul 2016
Interview
I did not have an in-person interview, it was done via the phone. My interview was with an HR person who seemed to be new on the job (he sort of stumbled through the interview) in another city. We spoke 2 times on the phone, first a screening call, second about a 20 minute interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Experience in retail, background, availability, okay with pay, etc. It was incorrectly stated that the pay was going to be $15/hr, but it was backed down to $13. I feel it was an honest error on the interviewer's part. And it was a 20% raise from what I made at that big orange home and hardware store.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Acosta (Baltimore, MD) in Oct 2015
Interview
All by phone, first with recruiter then with hiring manage. Basic questions to very experience and knowledge. Interview call did not last more than 10 minutes either time. Entry level position/entry level interview.
