I applied through LinkedIn. The next day a recruiter from Florida called for a brief phone interview. The next day, we have a video call interview. She first explained the role then asked me about myself. She then asked my favorite and least experience. Her last questions were what are your strengths and weaknesses?

What is your favorite and least experience and why?
Was contacted by recruiter, but no answer on multiple callbacks. Requested to be emailed to provide a good time to call, as calls went straight to voicemail, but wasn't emailed. I'll continue to follow up, but it is frustrating process so far. I haven't been called back! Not sure who else to reach out to. After reading some other reviews, it looks like this is a somewhat common practice. Unsure if this is a good practice to have...
