First, initial interview is with Talent Acquisition then the Hiring Manager contacts you. I spoke with the Hiring Manager on the phone then met for a face to face interview twice before I was hired. Once the Hiring Manager approves the Talent Acquisition person will make the offer.

Phone interview with hiring manager, then about a month later onsite interviews with multiple individuals separately and the hiring manager.
