Interview
The interview processing was good. I interviewed with 4-individuals (VP of Procurement, Director of Procurement and two in-house counsel attorneys). The process took about 1-week total to go through the interview process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Acosta in May 2023
Interview
A few interviews with no standard format. Communication coming from multiple sources and interviewers were late to every single interview. At the end of the process (or what I assume was the end), I was completely ghosted by the recruiter. I received no feedback and didn’t even receive a message that I didn’t get the role. In my opinion, that was extremely unprofessional.
