Quick and simple. After your second interview, they will have you fill out a questionnaire of sorts to make sure you understand the company and it's goals. Was happy to go through the process, but was let down because they change the role/position to being a
"client representative", where you'll be staged at a Sam's Club or Costco focusing on making commissions.
