The interview process flowed very well and was very well organized. It started with a brief explanation and background about the company. It then went into basic legal/hiring questions such as my ability to work in the US, where I lived, whether or not I would be ok with a background check, drug test and checking my driving record. I was then asked questions relating to my qualifications, past experiences, examples of travel plans I’ve done in the past and reasons for transitions between job. Afterwards there was a discussion relating to the job expectations, salary ranges, a possibility of another open position, the culture of the company and a brief explanation of the structure and goal of the company regarding the EA team. Lastly, the interview ended with me asking a few questions relating to the job, clarification of expectations mentioned on the job description such as what was Mozination and what type of management style the company uses.
