The best interview process I've been through, no comparison. Frank lead and coordinated the process, and I met with 3 people in total. All were punctual and professional. After each interview, Frank promptly followed up with me to check in, and coordinated the meetings to follow. The team was quick at responding and scheduling next steps, respecting my time throughout the process, and making extra time on each call to make sure all of my questions were answered. The interviews conducted were conversational and free flowing, as opposed to a rigid agenda. Each interviewer wanted to get to know my individual character and interests, while still highlighting role specific topics. Each team member was honest and transparent the whole way through, being clear about responsibilities, compensation, and expectations. Something I really appreciated was the minimal repetition between steps, as each interviewer was able to watch the previously recorded step. This eliminated redundancy that can often happen in typical interview settings. Ultimately, the team went through strategic shifts and ended up closing the role for the time being, potentially revisiting it in the new year.
