Interview
For me the interview process to me has been very through and thoughtful. Very clean and professional. Everyone I have spoke with(Frank, Shelia, Jacob) has been very transparent. I think the thing I have appreciated most is the pay transparent conversations able to be had and not feeling taboo in that conversation. I also felt like the people interviewing me genuinely wanted to be in this company which made me more confident about moving forward and overall a 10/10 experience. Also feel like I learned so much weather I was hired or not I feel honored to have seen this interview process!
