The interview process was not hard at all. The phone interview went smoothly and the recruiter was helpful. Definitely ask for the salary range prior to stating your salary requirements as I made the mistake of throwing out a number I found online and undervalued myself.

I have applied to multiple positions through Actalent and have been contacted by two recruiters. First recruiter emailed and asked me to call them. I did and did a follow-up email…no response. Second recruiter called me and we discussed the position, he emailed me following up and asked for certain documentation. I sent them all of the requested items and we scheduled for an interview. The time for the scheduled interview came and…no response. I reached back out to them to reschedule and once again…no response. It must be a company culture because they are kings and queens of ghosting and such a disappointment.
