A few phone calls with the recruiter to get to know my preferences. One zoom call to discuss open opportunities, and one zoom call to interview with the company. Actalent is a recruiting agency so they get you interviews with companies that are hiring. My recruiter was great and stayed in contact throughout the whole process.

The compant is a temp agency and they have a dedicated member of their team which helps individuals get positions. Their representative was polite and asked basic questions about my goals and such. However, when it was discussed certain of my restrictions, they ended the interview and have not reached out again.

I applied for a lab tech position. I had a call from the recruiter for a quick phone interview and she said she will call me back with more " job opportunity ". I never heard from her after that. Then I got a call a month later from them but a whole different recruiter. All he ask me if Im still looking for a job I said yes and all he said was that he has all of my information from the last reciter who talked to me and said he will call me back with " job opportunities" and once again I never heard anything back. All this job agency does is take your information and put you in their System and ghost you. I think a lot of these job that they post are nonexistent. Please apply with this agency with warning!
