I applied online for an office/administration position because I wanted to work with the "business" side of child care; in addition to that, I also wanted to provide a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for children that is beyond a teacher role. The interview itself was easy- the director that I had interviewed with was positive, outgoing, and encouraging. The interview felt more like a conversation as she was building questions along with my answers.
