Applied online - needed to take an IQ test. I must have done well enough, because I was contacted by recruiting. I had to then take the IQ test again, via Skype, as verification it was me and not someone else taking the test. Within two days, I was speaking to the VP of Engineering. I had an hour long interview via Skype and was told I would be contacted in two weeks if I was going to proceed with an in-person interview. In two weeks I was contacted and told I would not be invited to proceed and that they had other candidates more closely matching their needs. The recruiting process was quite professional, and among the best I have encountered.
