Dragged through 4 interviews plus a group interview with a presentation over several months due to the position getting frozen (because they failed to get it approved). The position was ultimately offered to an employee they approached a couple weeks prior to the offer. Extremely unprofessional, indescribably poor communication throughout the entire process, and clearly undefined processes which is alarming for a company of it's size and years in business.
