      User Interaction Designer Interview

      Nov 24, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Dallas, TX
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Active Network (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2015

      Interview

Multi-stepped process. There was an initial phone interview with a recruiter, then an aptitude test, followed by an assignment and on site interview with the team and the director. From here I was supposed to hear back my results, but then I got an email about an additional 3rd phone interview with the team leader and a product manager. Following this I had to take another aptitude test to make sure I'm me. Team was very nice and so was the UX director.

      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Active Network (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2017

      Interview

I had been looking for job for a few months and had several interviews before interviewing at Active Network. Active was by far the best interview process I had in awhile, it was thorough but not stretched out like a lot of the other interviews I had. Angela was always quick to respond to emails and available for any questions I had throughout the process. She even took the time during a period of waiting to call and check in on me, making sure I was having a good interview process so far. Just that made me want to work for Active even more.
