I was emailed by the recruiter and went through an initial zoom meeting and after a week invited for the second round interview with the hiring manager. After another week I was invited to a third and fourth round interview that happened back to back. Most of the interviews are scheduled to be about 30 min long. While the questions weren't too difficult, everyone seemed welcoming except the product marketing manager. However the questions asked seemed to be made up on the spot and often times turned into disorganized conversations of unrelated topics to the job. It was very disappointing that after doing four interviews and seeming to do great (according to the interviewers) they simply ghosted me with no notes or even a simple rejection notice. After sending 2 follow up emails a week apart and not hearing anything back I cut my loss. Overall the interview process was ok until they decide to ghost you with no reason as to why.
