I honestly feel as though this place just interviewed me to check off the diversity box in the face of their discrimination lawsuits. I first received an email from a recruiter to answer a few questions. Then I was referred for a 60 minute interview with a hiring manager. The actual interview was almost too easy because I wasn't asked a single real question, and basically just given an overview of what they're doing. I was told at the beginning that it would only last a few minutes and not the whole hour. The interviewer seemed nice enough, but I sensed this whole thing was just a formality. I received a rejection letter a couple days later.
