Applied online, had a phone screener with recruiter (wonderful and great human being), then a few other interviews with the department. Department head was awful and didn’t listen to any of my responses and looked disinterested from the start and didn’t even read my resume. Got major bad vibes from that interview. Microsoft definitely has a lot of work to do regarding culture
