Very comfortable and easy conversation. Recruiter was easy to get along with. Basically had to explain background and how it tied into new position. It was virtual and scheduling was very convenient.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Activision Blizzard in Mar 2022
Interview
Recruiter reached out about a month after applying online. Set up a recruiter phone screen where he was clear on the steps that will be involved. 1 week later I was scheduled for a panel interview via Zoom (3, 30-minute 1 on 1s with members of the team). After the panel interview, another week passed before I got to interview with the hiring manager, which was the last step. Everything went according to what I was told so it was great. However, 2 weeks has passed and it seems I’ve been ghosted so I reached out to the recruiter through email. He responded that he will give me a call but never did. Overall the interview process was smooth but the hiring process afterwards has been flaky at best. They need to work on their candidate experience, especially since this is for an HR role! Great candidate experience starts with clear and timely communication from the recruiter, regardless of outcome. It was unfortunate my recruiter did not believe so.

Process was thoughtful and well coordinated. I was offered water and snacks. Met with various stakeholders for the job. One full day of interviews. I was given the schedule in advance. They went above and beyond with the hiring process.
