The interview process was bizarre after clearly meeting the posted requirements of the position exactly and advancing quickly to the interview with the hiring manager stage. The HM was disinterested during the conversation and responded to thoughtful responses to their canned questions with curt responses like "Okay great" or "Nice" before moving onto the next template-question. It felt like they were going through the motions to say the interview took place. HM ignored the courtesy-thank you note post interview before having the recruiter send me a boilerplate rejection email the following day, which laughably included clearly-copied and pasted text that showed in different font style and sizes. The disrespect given to a prospective candidate was shocking.
