I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AcuityMD (Boston, MA) in Dec 2025
Interview
Recruiter screen, hiring manager call, panel interview with 3 separate calls. No project, but a lot of scenario based questions. It was pretty efficient. Unfortunately, after all of those rounds I was told they were no longer hiring for the position.
Other Product Operations Manager Interview Reviews for AcuityMD
The questions were extremely abstract and random and I was given zero context or any sort of concrete numbers or expectations around cases I was given on the spot. After months of interviewing, I was rejected because my experience was not "deep enough?" They are not able to define this feedback. Incredibly disappointed in my experience and this explanation. I think my experience can be gleaned from my resume. Why waste hours of my time and theirs to get this useless insight?
