Very extensive interview process including regular check-ins with Talent Team before each interview. One of the final steps is putting together a case study presentation and doing a role play with a panel of three people. Be warned, this is an exercise on your objection handling skills (not disclosed beforehand) and you are expected to know in-depth knowledge of the product and its capabilities in this role play. No feedback was given whatsoever after being told they were not moving forward. I found this strange after son much of my time and energy had been invested.
