The interview process was one of the most genuine and engaging experiences I’ve had so far — the interviewers were transparent, thoughtful, and provided great insight into the company culture and role. However, what ultimately influenced my decision to decline was my experience with the recruiter. The approach felt overly pushy and lacked the consultative, collaborative tone that typically helps candidates feel confident in their decision. While I was genuinely excited about the opportunity and impressed by the team, the recruiter experience unfortunately detracted from what could have been a great fit.
