I began my interview process with an internal recruiter, Sonia Tanase. Sonia is responsive, encouraging, positive, and informative--a wonderful guide through the process! She worked with a colleague to set up my sequence of interviews, 5 total.
Below, I rate the interview as "Difficult," but I mean this to be analogous to "rigorous." My impression is that members of the leadership team at Acumatica are serious about bringing in the right people and are, therefore, highly involved in the interview process. I met with two Senior Directors (including the hiring manager), one VP, and two C-level executives. All of my interviewers were very professional, courteous, and friendly.
Each interview lasted 30-45 minutes and was conducted in a 1:1 style. Questions mostly related to my experience, my interest in the role and company, my reasons for leaving my current employer, etc. While there was overlap in the question types, each individual asked in his/her own way and focused on elements that would make sense based on their role within the company. I even received some constructive feedback during one of my interviews on how I responded to a question.
Overall, I felt the interview process was fair, well organized, and informative for me as a prospective hire.
