I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Acumatica (Bellevue, WA) in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview process was very well coordinated by the recruiting team. They were able to schedule all meetings on time and were willing to accommodate my tight schedule. I felt in great hands during the entire process, which was also very quick and I was able to go from the introductory interview to an offer letter in less than 3 weeks.

How much experience I have in the digital marketing space.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Acumatica (Seattle, WA) in May 2020
Interview
I won't exaggerate if I say it was the best interview experience in my entire career (+10 years). I had the first interview with the recruiter (Sonia), which was very informative and much more than you would normally expect from the first interview with the recruiter. In my case it was more than one hour and I got a really deep understanding of what the team looks like and the role itself.
The second interview with the CMO, it was 30 minutes, and was mostly about understanding my skills and if I have the appropriate experience. After that I had three 30 minute interviews with peers (other directors of marketing) and the VP of HR. I can tell you that I learned a lot not only about the role and Acumatica, but about marketing and PR in general, because all people I spoke to were very qualified, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall I'm very impressed with their interviewing process. The recruiter (Sonia) is the best recruiter I have ever worked with, super helpful and proactive, she was calling me after each interview to ask how it went and if I enjoyed it and to confirm that the interviewers gave her a positive feedback about me. It made me feel confident and I didn't have this nervous time waiting and trying to guess if I did well or not.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All the questions were mostly about my experience (ex: describe an integrated campaign that you ran), or about my management style and personality (ex. what do you do in a situation where one of your direct reports is not meeting their targets? How do you manage conflict situations?). In general very adequate questions that help them understand whether you are a good fit.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Acumatica (Bellevue, WA) in Mar 2020
Interview
The entire interview process was very well organized, with the Recruiter guiding me through the interview process and setting up all the phone and in-person interviews. I did have some scheduling conflicts, but Sonia and the team worked around it to make it work.
The in-person interview was around 3.5 hours long and had me talking to 6 different people.
Overall, I was very happy/surprised how fast I went from the initial screening interview with the recruiter to an on-site interview with the entire team to receiving an offer.
